I will always remember your visits to Washington DC area. Every 3 months you used to come down to NIH and we would always have the same routine. Go to Mia's pizza for dinner the first night and the second night have dinner here at our house. Waiting for the results of your brother's scans was agonizing and emotionally draining for your parents. You and Charlie played with your "new cousin" Vanessa and the dogs Riley and Jules. One night we sent chinese lanterns up in the air. Last time you came in May, you were all able to stay a little bit longer and I took you all to one of my favorite places - the local recycling center, also we did some sightseeing in the Nations capital and we also went to the Museum Of Medical History. Esther, everyone talks about how an extraordinary boy Charlie was, but it was YOU and your parents strenght and courage that carried him through these last 2 1/2 years.
