I didn't really know Charlie. We met only once (at Alyssa's wedding when he and my daughter were getting their photos together with Sparty), but I do think of him now and again. When I do, I feel sadness, but think of love, motherhood, and a child's legacy. Charlie's legacy helps me to be a better mother.
